Other projects stay private or pre-release while packaging and customer-facing surfaces stabilize.
Nimbus-Orch is a Podman-facing controller surface for bounded checkpoint, recover, and branch movement. The controller does not treat access as authority. Before write-class movement, it checks readiness, target shape, an allowlisted Podman action, executed inspect observation, claimed ownership posture, and pressure posture.
